Editor’s notes on Oklahoma

Written March 2026; conditions may have changed

Oklahoma offers real value with a diversifying economy. OKC and Tulsa are both seeing investment from aerospace (Spirit AeroSystems, L3Harris) and healthcare. Energy economy ties remain significant, but both cities have made deliberate efforts to diversify.

For buyers

Tulsa's Gathering Place and Brady Arts District are driving urban revival. Strong value for quality-of-life.

For sellers

Price competitively — buyers here have options and won't overpay.
